Ziad has been involved in enterprise Lean/Six Sigma deployment, business re-engineering, engineering management, quality management, and supply chain optimization with both medium and large organizations in the United States, Middle East, Africa and Canada and across diverse industries.
Ziad has implemented Lean/Six Sigma Green Belts projects, rolled out project management office and trained Lean philosophies, methodology, tools and techniques for executives and frontline employees. He has helped deliver over $6 M in savings while closing over 25 projects at various companies.
Ziad has lead the deployment at multiple organizations for Lean and Six Sigma initiatives leading to rapid improvement of key metrics such safety, quality, on-time delivery, cash flow, cost and employee satisfaction. Set up PMO offices in both corporate and local or site locations.
Ziad has also held mid-management level positions in various companies and diverse industries. Currently, Ziad is working as management consultant to help facilitate lean implementations and creating training materials.
