Carl Aspler has worked as an organization change specialist for thirty-five years. He has worked as a manager, trainer, and manager of executive development.
From 1974 until 1989 Carl worked in the Ontario Public Service in a variety of capacities. He headed up training at the Ministry of Correctional Service and was Manager of Executive Development for the high potential executives of the provincial government. From 1989 until 1995, Carl played a key role in the culture change process at GE. He was responsible for helping develop and implement the GE Work-Out concept - a successful engagement and productivity improvement process. He was also involved in the teaching and dissemination of “CAP”, GE’s set of change management tools.
Carl has facilitated hundreds of meetings, strategy sessions and teambuilding events in both the public and private sector. He has designed and taught courses in leadership, coaching, facilitation skills, conflict management and problem solving in a wide variety of settings from high tech, financial services, manufacturing and health care. His programs have been delivered in North America, Europe, Australia and the Caribbean.
