JT has led or been involved in enterprise Lean/Six Sigma deployment, business re-engineering, engineering management, quality management, and supply chain optimization with both medium and large organizations in the United States, and Canada and across diverse industries.
JT has trained, coached and mentored Lean/Six Sigma Green Belts, Black Belts, Project Champions and senior executives in Lean and Six Sigma philosophies, methodology, tools and techniques. He has helped deliver over $30 MM in savings while closing over 150 projects at various companies like General Electric, Bombardier Aerospace, Camco, and Omron.
JT has championed the deployment at multiple organizations Lean and Six Sigma initiatives leading to rapid improvement of key metrics such safety, quality, on-time delivery, cash flow, cost and employee satisfaction. Set up PMO offices in both corporate and local or site locations.
JT has also held senior level positions in various companies and diverse industries. Currently, JT sits on the board of two companies and also serves as an advisor to three medium enterprises.
